What quality of apparel does the Boutique print on?
We print on high-quality apparel that is made of the following:
Classic Fit: 100% ringspun cotton
Ladies Fit: Jersey blend 60% ringspun cotton | 40% polyester
Dolman Fit: Tri-blend 50% polyester | 25% ring-spun cotton | 25% rayon
Does the Boutique apparel shrink?
Our tees are made to wear and dryer friendly. Our Ladies’ Fit & Dolman Fit Tees are pre-shrunk. Our Classic Fit Tees do shrink just a bit (between 3-4% which is less than the industry standard 8%).

How should I care for my shirt, so I can wear it for a long time?
We recommend washing your Tees in cold water and drying them on low. If for some reason you want your product to shrink a lot, then wash them in hot water and dry them in the dryer on high. The normal routine of wash cold, dry low should be just fine for those who are used to washing their tees in the washer and dryer.
Can I exchange my apparel for another size?
We understand that ordering online can be difficult! If your clothing doesn’t seem to fit, we will be more than happy to exchange it for the correct size.
We also highly recommend you double check the size chart, to be sure you will be happy with your purchase. We provide size advice on every Tee page.

What is your Exchange/Return policy?
Our Exchange Policy lasts 15 days after the date you received your merchandise.
If 15 days have passed since you received your merchandise, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or return.
Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we do not offer refunds; only exchanges or returns for store credit. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
To be eligible for an Exchange/Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request an Exchange/Return Authorization please send an email to clientcare@proverbs31businesswoman.com Please do not send us your item(s) to be exchanged/returned until you have received a return authorization via email from us.
As soon as your item is received we will either ship the exchanged item or issue you a code for the value of your original item to be used as store credit.
Please contact us BEFORE sending your tee for an exchange or refund. Once you hear back from us, you will be required to include your name and order number, as well as why you are returning the item.
Please keep in mind, the item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately.
If an item is received after the 15-day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. You can view our full refund policy here.

How much does shipping cost?
FREE Shipping on all orders over $75 (US only)
U.S.: All Boutique items ship for $7 for the first tee + $2 for each additional tee.
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Please Note: It is very important that you give us the right shipping information. This is the only way to ensure you can receive your packages on time. Proverbs 31 Business Woman Boutique is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages.
Shipping Disclaimer: Proverbs 31 Business Woman Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control, once the package leaves our premises.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We’re committed to getting your order to you, as soon as possible. The moment your order comes through, it goes into our queue and we go straight to work.
First, we process the order — we do the fun, detailed, backend stuff and prep the pieces needed to print your shirts.
Then we print. Every shirt is custom printed and made to order just for you! So, sometimes this step might take a couple of days, depending on our current volume. (Holidays tend to be very busy around here.)
Finally, we package and ship your garments, warmingly with love and covered in prayer. ♥
The bottom line: We want you to have the best Christian Faithwear on the best shirt, and make sure everything is just how you want it.

If I order multiple products, do they ship in one package?
Depending on the size and number of items ordered, your order may ship in multiple packages.
